Burgaz Raki products are Burgaz Raki, Ata Raki
and Raki Turka. Raki intake can either be
as-is or can be mixed with water and ice
until it takes a milk-white color. It is
preferred with fish or red meat dishes.
Traditional Turkish appetizers are
especially advised as integrated elements of
a raki dinner.
BURGAZ RAKI
Specifications :

ethyl alcohol produced from grapes. Suma in Burgaz Raki is produced from the best
quality grapes and raisins produced in

for Burgaz, and treated with original
techniques during raki production.

Ata Raki combines the classical Turkish Raki
flavor elements of anise and suma in the
most suitable way. Its suma is produced from
the best quality grapes and raisins, its
aniseed is the best quality aniseed produced
in the Aegean, its potable water comes from
the Istranca Mountains, and its produced by
combining ancient expertise with elements of
science and technology.
Ata Raki is concentrated in anise flavor,
its grape flavor is distinguishable, it has
a dense mouth feel, and is considerably hard
liquor. Ata Raki made from specially treated
aniseed and grapes gives off a pleasant
aroma of anise and grape when it is
initially served. When water is added it
takes a milk-white color, it produces a very
light grey slippery layer on the walls of

Raki Turka has been produced for those who
desire the mouth feel of a softer alcoholic
beverage. Elements of Turkish raki, aniseed
and grapes are specially treated.These
elements are combined with the potable water
from Istranca Mountains and matured.
It has a dense mouth feel, but soft and
almost sweet flavor that encourages intake
without water due to its original production
technology. It does not produce a burning
sensation, and it has a special soft aroma.
