Turkish sourcing - Evaluation of products and Suppliers

We, Istanbul Supplier Consulting, are investigating the products and their suppliers,
for which you are interested to Import. For the results of this investigations, we will
send you a detailed report. As known, are in all of the World for every item hundreds of Suppliers.
Because of this reason our investigations are focused on the market-leading
suppliers and their product-range. After getting all specifications from these
suppliers, we drop off the ones which does not fit in your inquiry and send you
a detailed report about.

Evaluation of quotation (Qualified Quotation)

According to your inquiry we get in touch, with the selected suppliers and get all the
quotations. If you wish to order a product with different specifications, we will explain
to the suppliers and get new quotations. After we receive all, we will send a detailed
(QQ) report to you.

Factory Audit (Qualified Supplier)

The Factory audit is performed by us following our "Supplier-Selection-Excellence"
criteria's. When requested, with the client's specific requirements. Photos, videos and
our Consultant's comment will help you, to be assured about the reliability of the supplier.

Negotiation and preparing contract

Signing the contract with the supplier for the product you decided to Import. For the
points in the contract, like: production, payment, packing, shipping and customs
clearance, we will give you  technical support. Our knowledge and experience of the
Many Countries and their market will be your advantage for the negotiations.

Controlling of  production and inspection

We will control the production process and inform you about. If you wish, we will take
random- samples during the production and send to you. On the acceptance date,
we will check all goods and inform you about the result. We do not accept the goods
without your confirmation.

Container-loading  (CLC)

After inspection and your confirmation we accompany the loading into the container.
We check the number of boxes, their weights and code-numbers. Then the
container will be sent to the port for shipping.

Customs clearance

We prepare the documents for customs clearance in coordination with the supplier.
To prevent mistakes, we double-check the documents again, before sending you.
